Vinyasa Yoga - connecting your breath and movement!

In my classes we focus on reconnecting with our bodies through breath. Often times we forget how to breath properly because of various reasons. We might be really stressed, have various projects going on at the same time our minds never stop racing. During our time on the mat you will be able to reconnect and refocus on yourself, gently leaving the stress of day-to-day life behind.

Yoga allows you to deepen your breath, regulate your nervous system and stretch your body resulting in a feeling of wellbeing and joy.

There are two classes for you to choose from and registration is necessary because of limited spaces. Please bring your yoga mat and any props you may be using like blocks and belts.

Mondays at 9am - Vinyasa Flow on a Rooftop Terrace in Tomar (or indoors if it’s raining)

First Class: Free so you can check out the style

Drop In Class: €10

Four Class Pass: €25
